“If you skip the elevator and take the stairs, you get a real workout, and it only takes a few extra minutes,” said Anna, holding her gym shoes. Mark sipped his coffee and replied, “But ten minutes of meditation at your desk can clear your mind, and you don’t end up sweaty for meetings.”
